You Agree all appointments scheduled are with acknowledgement of this policy, including the 24-Hour Notice, No Refunds, and all other terms below.
To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and manage our schedule efficiently, please review our cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice
We require at least a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of our services.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 2 times without forfeiting your appointment fee.
- All rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
- To reschedule, please contact us via email at ladygwendolynhealing@gmail.com or reschedule your appointment via Google Appointments.
Forfeiture of Appointment Fee
- If you fail to provide a 24-hour notice or if you have already rescheduled twice, the appointment fee will be forfeited.
- Please note that we do not offer refunds. Rescheduling within the specified terms is the only option available.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of our services and scheduling requirements, refunds are not available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our policy.
